Resolved: No communication from customer service

Update by user May 10, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I received an apology from the Cusromer Service manager, a full refund of the shipping cost, and Ireceived the free item as promised.. Original review posted by user Apr 10, 2021 Have not received promised product .I ordered the Shoulder harness which was offered for free if I paid the shipping. You have received the shipping charges. I was told I should receive the product some time between the 23rd & 28th of March. I never did and still do not have the Shoulder harness. User's recommendation: For now I am not recommending Tactical USA to anyone. I will wait to see if my issue is resolved favorably, then decide whether to continue doing business with you. I trusted a good fried that you are a trusted company and I have informed him about my issue. So you now have a snowball effect in motion.I sincerely hope you value new customers using your "free" offers to test your policies and service as much as you value the money you already took from my checking account.
