Original review posted by user Mar 08, 2021 Ordered two 10 tree membership: for myself and as a gift. They were supposed to arrive in December, they sent an email stating they were delayed until February. It's March and there are still no trees or any further correspondence. Had a similar problem in the previous year with the items not arriving until I complained. User's recommendation: You won't receive your trees in any semblance of timliness.
