Resolved: Need to return some equipment

Update by user May 16, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. they immediately sent labels for me to return the equipment and they took of the 150.00 cancellation fee due to my circumstances. Original review posted by user Apr 16, 2021 I have spoken to Bell 3 times about returning my equipment, they do not send me the postage whatever that I need for the P.O., I have brought the equipment to Toronto, and have checked with purolator, but they are not accepting any calls. I need to have the postage sent to my new address so I can return this equipment. 2359 Birchmount Rd, Unit #17, Scarboro, Ont. M1T3S7. this has been an on going problem for almost a month now, and whenever I call the calls are dropped.
