Update by user Aug 03, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Aug 03, 2021 I didn't get to speak to anybody and so therefore the issue i am having could not be resolved and the issue i am having also isn't in the list of things they tell you to visit
