Update by user May 29, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The email I send via you got answered. Original review posted by user May 25, 2021 My order says shipped but when tracking dhl states that a label was made but it is not received by dhl. Its going to be 2 weeks. I ordered it to receive it before I travel but guess the customer service is crap as you get a automated reply and its not helping the customers
