Update by user Apr 13, 2021 I was able to get the product as well as a discount!. Update by user Apr 13, 2021 Finally got whole of someone at Brother! Something apparently went wrong with my order when I first placed it. After fingering out what happened Becky from customer services was able to help me replace my order! She was even kind enough to give me a discount on shipping! Update by user Apr 12, 2021 I still haven't heard from Brother. Original review posted by user Apr 12, 2021 I placed an order on March 26th and I haven't received any kind of confirmation email. I'm just concerned because I paid a little over $170 for a refurbished RSQ9285. I'm wondering the status of my order. I still haven't reserved anything from Brother. User's recommendation: Idk..
