Resolved: Lost license
3
Update by user Dec 30, 2018 Online Media Technology has sent a valid new license for me to install in the new computer, althought they still insist that their interpretation upon "per computer" basis means a "unique computer". They have alleged, in order to send me a new license that I "may not have read or received the EULA doc". I insist that their interpretaion is solid wrong, because companies like MICROSOFT (Windows-10 + Office), ADOBE, SHREDDER, to name a few, agreeded promptly in sending me a valid new license to install in the new computer. Original review posted by user Dec 25, 2018 I have bought a permanent license for AVS4YOU video software, but my PC have crashed completely. Só I try to reinstall the software im my new compute. I did that with the SAME Windows, Office, Adobe Acrobat, all other software licenses BUT AVS4YOU. When I tried I got the answer "you cannot use the software in two computers". Then I have sent a message to AVS4YOU teling them that my old PC was gone, dead, and I need to reinstall. The answer was crazy: "we sell software in a PER COMPUTER basis, so you have to BUY other license, follow this link...". That means that if my computer crashes in the following day I bought AVS4YOU software then I loose both computer and software???
