Original review posted by user Dec 28, 2020 We have owned our Horton home for three and a half years. We have water leaking into the house and found that the wood underlayment of the roof has rotted away. The builder says we are past our one year coverage, and that we need to contact the warranty company. The warranty company says roofs are only covered for one year. So guess who gets to pay for this issue? Quality at its best! Items on our one year walk through have not been followed up on either. User's recommendation: Walk away from DR Horton.
