Update by user Jul 12, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Jul 12, 2021 I received a shower cap instead of a round brush in my order even thought the packing slip CLEARLY states round brushobviously, a shower cap is significantly less in price and multiple attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessfulincluding emails and not being able to leave a voicemail since the mailbox was fullwhich I can only assume means they dont even bother listening to voicemails anyway User's recommendation: Pray your order is correct bc getting it fixed is impossible.
