Update by user Dec 03, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. they finally responded to me. particularly quick after I showed them this review. their customer support does exist. although it takes ages.. I literally have an entire rig and cant use it because the guy I bought it from didnt include the cord. and thrustmaster I guess just doesnt want me to buy one. I dont even know if id recommend this company because I literally cant get it touch with them over an issue. pretty *** if you ask me. User's recommendation: just look somewhere else.
