Resolved: I have had two tall mugs that I use to make protein shakes. Plastic nibs on two talto actvate unit has broken of of both on my tall mugs thru normal use. Now unit is useless. I own a big Ninja blend

Update by user Jun 21, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Jun 19, 2021 Nibs on two tall mugs broke off in normal use. Unit will not work without nibs. I own a big Ninja blender, two Ninja shark vacuum, and am very disappointed that a design defect (small plastic nib) has defeated my use of your product. Will you help me solve this problem??? User's recommendation: Unless replace the two failed plastic parts, I recommend not buying.
