Resolved: I didn’t get the ticket confirmation

Update by user Aug 06, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Sent several emails and finally got a response.. Original review posted by user Aug 04, 2021 I purchased a ticket last week. They didn't send me anything... not even a confirmation email. I contacted their support team, and they said they would resend it. I still haven't received anything, and they didn't reply to my last email. Apparently they aren't taking phone calls either, so I don't know what to do.
