Update by user Jun 17, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The area manager called and apologized for the rudeness of the store manager and for the delivery person throwing up in our sink and leaving the vomit there without cleaning it up.. Original review posted by user May 17, 2021 The delivery person for Jimmy Johns at 323 20th St. No., Birmingham, AL 35203 delivered a sandwich to our office and then went into our bathroom and threw up in the sink. He didn't even have the courtesy to clean it up or throw up in the toilet. I called the manager at this store, "Jay", and Jay just laughed and said he was sorry. I realize there's not much Jay could do, but he could've been a little more professional. Last time that place will get any of our business, not that they care though. Hopefully, they'll shut down for a few more months. User's recommendation: Avoid this location.
