Original review posted by user Jan 11, 2018 I ordered the MORE EXPENSIVE Montage Book and was SOO excited for my sister in law to get it as it was a book of pictures from a family trip for her birthday. She got it, but it was someone else's book! She sent it back immediately and didn't hear anything. So thankfully I found an email they had sent how I like the book in my spam. I replied back and said, my sister in law got the wrong book, can we get her the correct book? They replied that they refunded my account and that I should order a new book. Really? You want me to wait 5 to 7 days to see a refund show up in my account? Then I have to go back and do all of this again. How about you just reprint the book that I originally ordered and send it? I tried to find contact info all of the internet so that I could call and got the Mix Book phone number. Even though they are sister companies, they told me that there was no way to talk to anyone from montage and that they would forward my email address to the correct person. Or to do live chat. When I go to live chat it is unavailable. I understand that things happen and a book can get mixed up. Life is not perfect, mistakes happen. But when I ask for the book to be replaced, it should be easy and not a big hassle. Especially since my personal family pictures went to someone else's house! I own a business and if this was my mistake, not only would I send a new book, I would also refund the money. But thats not even what I am asking for. I am asking for what I ordered to be sent to her without me having to go through a lot of heartache. Hopefully if you order, you will get the right book. But if you don't you will waste a lot of effort and time so beware. If you do order, go with Mix Book. At least there you can talk to someone in person (even though he is probably sitting right next to the person from Montage)
