They offered a replacement at a cost, but with the Cdn/US Exchange as well as timing, just considered this closed.. They informed my, WE DO NOT TAKE CANADIAN REPAIRS, but cannot find anything that says that in their Warranty pages. Can anybody explain why, and if there's anything I can do ? User's recommendation: do not puchase if you live in Canada ?
