Resolved: Failure to replace couch

Update by user Apr 13, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. they agreed to come today and replace the couch by 3pm so hopefully they will not cancel again. Thank god i did not donate the couch to Good Will because they are asking for it back. I just hope taking it doesn't mean it will be another family's problem..
