Update by user Jul 30, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Original review posted by user Jul 25, 2021 Hello, My ecredit is not found in the system of Delta website. However I have the confirmations in my emails that this is valid. I need to book a flight today and I am unable to resolve this. After 2 hours of waiting on the phone I did not succeed having an answer. Please contact me asap. Thanks, Marina
