Update by user Jun 26, 2021 finally able to reach live chat. issue was resolved. Original review posted by user Jun 25, 2021 never received my tickets although my account was charged. Can not get a hold of them by number. they have answering machine that repeats over &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Over. The live chat makes u seat in que for hours. I was on que for 98 ppl in front of me.
