Original review posted by user Mar 13, 2021 I followed every step this company laid out in their set up.instructions...5 times. Doesn't work on my iPhone with IOS 14.4 !! Tried calling...no answer. but message directed us to e-mail. Also use e-mail for especially for a Return RMA#! Sent e-mail to request RMA# (returns@***.com) and the e-mail was returned with Mailer Unkn. I am about ready to call my bank and report fraud!!!! This 64GB is not worth the money I spent.
