Original review posted by user Aug 16, 2019 on August 16, 2018 I saw Dr Constantine Mantz because I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Radiation treatment was scheduled. On 09/20/19, I received a phone call From Mrs. Charity saying that I would have to come with $4,700.00 or maybe $28,000.00! I told her that I did NOT have this kind of money and would stop the treatment. Next day I went to the Lehigh Acres 21 Century Oncology Center and told them that I would NOT come back for NOT having the resources to pay for it. I would be looking for another place to have it done. I went home. At 1151 hours, my phone rang from # (239) 369-**** it was Ruth, the front desk lady. she said that Dr. Constantine Mantz, the Doctor in charge of the treatment told them all in the Lehigh Acres Center that to tell me to go back and finish my treatment and to do NOT worry about paying for it, that HE would take care of ALL the treatment bills. I did. Now I have a COLLECTION BILL NOTICE from 21st Century Oncology for $4,072.72 that I do NOT have ways to pay for it! This is NOT my bill! It is Dr. Mantz bill as he stated to ALL the employees at the Lehigh Acres Center ( Ruth; Nick; Erin and Claudia ). People that will ALL be in Court with me and they will have to tell the truth about it! Is this a mistake or a Doctor without a WORD? I hope it's a bad misunderstanding that will be resolved now.
