Update by user Jan 17, 2020 It was resolved at the store level. Original review posted by user Dec 18, 2019 I bought a Parka from my local sporting good store. Was fine for about 2 weeks. Then I started having issues with the zipper. Kept getting stuck and opening from the bottom up. On a few occasions I had to wear it as a pull over because the zipper wouldnt come down. Finally after 5 weeks the zipper gave out. Since I dont have the bill anymore I cant return it. Maybe if these companies would manufacture locally the quality would be acceptable at least. Theres no excuse for this type of poor quality from a name brand. Pure garbage .
