Update by user May 21, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Original review posted by user May 08, 2021 The floral arrangement that I chose looked nothing like the one that was sent. Not one identical flower. Also charged extra for a "specified day" delivery and the arrangement was sent two days prior to the occasion with the rationale that Covid-19 determined the delivery day. But it was okay to charge me $5. 00 extra?? Not impress. Buyer beware!!
