Update by user Jul 23, 2021 The funds were returned to the sender. However, I have yet to receive a response from Revolut. Update by user Jul 23, 2021 No solution so far. Revolut does not call customers and all messages within the app seem to be automated as they all read more or less the same. I still have no access to my funds and Revolut has not responded to my complain Original review posted by user Jul 22, 2021 I have not been able to speak to customer services because the number published apparently is not working. I want to know why my money isnt available to me just because the payment reference includes Fe worth Cuba. I was asked the question, I have provided the answer over 24 hours ago and I am still unable to access my funds. I feel that I am being treated like a criminal and discriminated against all because I happen to be Cuban, but have not lived in Cuba for 20 years and I am a British citizen. User's recommendation: Don’t use your birth country as reference just in case they don’t like the country’s name!
