Update by user May 29, 2021 called Marcus Lemonis , CEO. And told him I am not happy with his company. I will not be doing business again. There are better plans.. Original review updated by user May 29, 2021 Needed a tow 60 miles to my garage, was told I would have to pay $350 for the tow. What the am I paying Good Sam for, and being charged. Hidden cost . I cancelled all Good Sam tow and road side assist. If I have a tow bill from them, they are of no help. Get someone else! User's recommendation: Get some one who will really tow you.
