Update by user Feb 14, 2019 Refund of $199.00 was finally made to my account. Even though they made it sound like it was above and beyond their policy of refund, which it wasn't. According to their policy a full refund is allowed if requested within 30 days of charge made on account, and I was well within the 30 day period. Original review posted by user Jan 10, 2019 I spent several thousands on high-level offers/subscriptions and paid fees annually for about 10 years now. So they have taken several $ thousands out of my pocket. Today, I try to cancel $199.00 annual subscription once it showed up on my credit card stmt. They say Sorry no refunds! Do you want $199 in free books? No, I want my $199 refunded. That's what I asked for and thought was within their terms of full refund if within 30 days of being charged. Scott - Customer Service is pathetic and apparently taught to berate and marginalize you once they know you are done with them. Scott might have previously been a salesman for a timeshare company in Mexico where "no" just doesn't mean anything to them. More training or back to high pressure sales. What a horrible job!
