Update by user Apr 02, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Within a week of making this post, Grand contacted my wife and told her the couch would be there the next day. Got a call at work from my wife when it arrived, no apologies or anything about how horrible they were. Still will not recommend ever shopping there again. Original review posted by user Feb 19, 2021 Bought a couch in August 2020, here it is almost the end of February 2021 and my couch has still not arrived. Every time I call them they keep giving me a later arrival date. At this point I am considering legal action and will never shop there again. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUHY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.
