Resolved: Charged when canceled

Update by user Aug 02, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Never replied to me - but bank put the full amount back and few days later hotel put partial refund backNot once did anyone reach out from hotel even after emailing CEO. Original review posted by user Jul 03, 2021 The hotel stated I should not have been charged - gave me customer service number and have been given run around with multiple phone Numbers and refusal to refund my account for their mistake User's recommendation: Absolutely NOT.
