Update by user Aug 02, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Update by user Aug 02, 2021 Now resolved via text, received refund shortly after. Update by user Jul 22, 2021 No progress Original review posted by user Jul 22, 2021 I attempted to place an order of 13 hours ago via Apple Pay. It charged me instantly, but then told me that my order was unable to be processed? I contacted straight away and received a quick response, and then nothing at all. I have provided proof via email, and received hardly any communication, and would like to be refunded as soon as possible. User's recommendation: Poor experience.
