Resolved: Cancellation ( I placed an order and cancelled 4 hrs later).

Update by user Apr 16, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Original review posted by user Apr 16, 2021 No complaint. I decided to send her money instead. When I need to send flowers to my other family and friends, I will use Avasflowers. User's recommendation: It is too soon to tell my opinion yet. But after I take care of my issue, I will see how I feel.
