Update by user May 31, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. My item was delivered and it was the incorrect item. It was breaking already. Ardesia addressed it and was able to replace it to the correct item. She was very helpful.. Original review posted by user May 31, 2021 Ardesia contacted whoever she needed to. Our chair is going be replaced to due wrong item delivered. She was very helpful. I was upset and she worked with my like a professional.
