Update by user Jul 26, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. My sister-in-law received a check in the mail about a week after this was posted. I also received an apology by email. Thanks for your help!. Original review posted by user Jun 26, 2021 My sister-in-law placed a mail order with check for $331 which she quickly realized she could not afford since she is on a small fixed income. She called the company and was assured the order was cancelled and that they would simply return her check un-cashed. Well, two weeks later, they cashed the check. Three phone calls later, 2 emails, and 1 feedback response, and they assure us that the order is cancelled but would not tell us how or when the money would be returned. On one call, I was placed on hold 2 hours before I finally hung up they had no intention of talking with me. $331 to my sister-in-law is a bank overdraw situation. They have lost this customer for good.
