Hello, I was trying to open an account in your platform. I live and work in France and I have a 10 years valide ID and a 5 years passport. Your customer service told that I cannot trade in Binance because I was born in Syria even if I have the French citizenship or any other European Union citizenship. I know it is not allowed for a certain countrified if the person trading (lives) in banned countries but not a person with a European nationality. I have a screenshot of his answer.
