I know there's a lot of bad complaints on this site. But I do know if you can state your problem, Dental first can be very understand. You might have to speak with more than one supervisor but there is someone to help you. I am very happy with the service that I received, everybody I dealt with was very professional and tried to understand my complaint. It was ultimate soft to my satisfaction. My recommendation is to give them the chance and ask to speak to supervisor. User's recommendation: Be patient.
