Resisted and Prohibited me from shopping
1
I was selecting my produce when a masked manager approached telling me to put on a mask or leave the store. I turned on my video camera and informed him I have a medical condition. He rolled his eyes at me and said it's corporate policy. I informed him he was breaking a federal ADA law. He responded it is corporate policy and if I don't leave he will call the police. Masks are NOT a law and I broke no law. Approaching me masked and in a hostile way is actually a "Trespass upon me" causing fear and intimidation which results in an assault. I have written a letter to Smart Final's General Council of all the laws they are breaking include OSHA were masks impeded oxygen under the OSHA law of 19.5%. Additionally, U.S. Federal Civil Rights Law, Title II requires free and equal access to public services and facilities WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION. These acts also violate Arizona Discrimination Statutes 41-1492.10, 41-1492.06 B.
