I have been here 3 times now. Every time they screw up the appointment estimate and fail to meet the appointed time. Today I was to arrive at 3:24 for a cut to start 10 minutes later. At 3:23 they took someone ahead of me. Unreal, no call no nothing, no customer service. This place is a joke. User's recommendation: Great place to go if you have no life and no schedule.
