I checking in at Laquinta hotel at 2421 Walmart hill lane. Dallas Tx around 1130. Room 416 I was assigned. This room upon entering the fold out couch was out bed sheets not on the bed and the airconnditioner was making a loud noise which is so loud could not sleep . Attempted to call the front desk but the phone didn't work no dial tone nothing. Moved to room 303 and the same Loud air conditioner and room smelt like urine informed front desk and said they had no other rooms and I was being difficult. Unacceptable customer service. No sleep tonight and not a happy customer at all
