Today I was attempting to add an additional room to my existing reservation with Country Inn and Suites. The representative that answered my call was extremely unprofessional and rude. As I was explaining my request, he disconnected the call and I was forced to go through the wait and process all over again. I am a legal customer and a Gold member with Radisson rewards program.
