Rescheduling of finance

My request to reschedule my monthly loan has been declined and nobody bothered to even call me and let me know I was the one wo kept calling and finally today then informed me of the decision. My salary has been reduced due to the pandemic for the last 8months and the loan amount is now more than my DBR. Due to this I am unable to pay my house rent and other bills. Ajman Bank excuse is that it is not a permanent deduction so they cannot reschedule my loan this is rubbish! the bank in times like this should have some compassion on its customers and try to help but this is unfortunately not the case.
