Rescheduling of event due to Covid

My event has been rescheduled a few times, as we cannot even go to Europe it does not make any sense to further reschedule the event date. I ask for a refund!! This company is NOT willing to reimburse tickets even if there are true reasons why you cannot attend. THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: NEVER EVER USE THEM TO BUY TICKETS.
