Hi, I have been trying to reach your customer service from so long. I have been waiting on the customer service number for hours since, last week Friday and no one is picking up. I have tried reaching airlines too, they are suggesting to get in touch with you guys to reschedule the flight date. Please respond to my requests on urgent basis. I am unable to travel on the scheduled date of Thursday, August 12, 2021 due to health reasons. I want to reschedule it to next available date after a week. Please respond to my request on urgent basis by responding to the email or calling on the booking phone number - 416 829 ****. I am not sure how much time I have in rebooking, but I am deeply saddened by the customer service provided by you guys. There is no email address as well to reach you guys other than this contact form, which no one is responding too. I am still on the wait to reach your customer service desk and the wait has been going on for almost 2 hours.
