James Taylor concert rescheduled twice due to the pandemic. Delta Covid variant is now surging and my concert is rescheduled for August 25, 2021. I have made more than a dozen calls to the 800 number and can't get through. When I finally reached a representative last week, he told me Online tickets will not refund tickets and hung up on me. I have filed a report with the BBB, # [protected]. I have 5 tickets I want a refund for. My friends and I are all 64-65 yrs old and don't want to be at the concert with thousands of screaming fans without masks. One person has cancer, one has Diabetes.
