Good Morning, Please advise on how I can have my manager give me the vacation hours to my request. The scenario: I am trying to request the following dates in my ADP- Sept 3rd and Sept 28th to Oct 4th - Weekend not included in the request . I have 51 hours which is about 6 business days. So this request would have been satisfied but since my anniversary with the company is Aug 16th, the ADP portal does not allow me to don it. Can you provide, details or instructions that we can have so moving forward if this situation happens in our company we will 'know how to rectify, accommodate the request or override the denial.
