Requested to release legal charge which takes for almost 3 months since July 2018 and until todate haven't clear yet even though my requisition already approved. Its such lousy service given to me. I do my very best to make prompt payment before due date but really disappointed by receiving such bad service!!! Its makes my financing matters troublesome at my end. In future, I swear will not using any financing facilities/product which named under Hong Leong!! I'm giving out Business Consultation to SME's will approach them no to keen any facilities / products of yours.
