Request for Termination of Internet Account

For the past 2 years we experienced very slow net connection and it is not helping us especially in this time of pandemic where education is via online blended learning already. Right now we have shifted already to another internet provider. We have been charged 1,200 a month yet we dont get what exactly we have been paying for. So pissed off should i say. Globe At Home Account Name- Romarick Guerrero Account #- 86843**** User's recommendation: Think a million times.
