Republic trash service or lack of

Republic bought out Heartland Waste trash service at the end of July. I had just prior to that paid for service for Aug through Oct. Since Republic took over at the end of July I have had one (1) trash pickup. They need to either provide a full refund for services that it appears they are not going to perform or correct my account and start providing the services they are supposed to perform.
