Called to report a leaning pole(guide wires broken off), causing a sagging wire over driveway(that will not allow us to get RV out), & pulling our main power line off the side of the house. Called 6 times #1 3/31/21(ticket# 884) #2 4/1/21(badge #GXR0N1) #3 4/5/21(ticket #786) #4 4/7/21(ticket#666) #5 4/19/21(ticket#21A006363) #6 4/30/21 (ticket #1029). It has been 1 month of numerous phone calls & still not repaired, & no date or schedule of any repair to be made!
