My room was apparently broken into while I was gone. My niece had came to my room to visit me and I asked her to watch my room for an hour or two while I ran a few errands. She accidentally locked herself out and went to the front office to ask for help and nobody would help her. I left the window halfway open and she reached in an opened the door due to her service animal being in the room She only did this as a last resort. Nothing was damaged and nothing was stolen. Now your staff is threatening to press charges on me for something I had nothing to do with and refused to talk to me and just walked away from the desk was extremely disrespectful rude and unprofessional prescharge User's recommendation: Never stay at this hotel.
