FYI: I accepted my gift box of chocolate-covered strawberries and a vase of tulips from the delivery today &;;; immediately opened the package. Berries were chilled in the ice packs perfectly, however, the vase was shattered and there was no water in the bag with it or flowers. Compared to the packing of the strawberries, there was little protection for the vase/flowers. The tulips were slightly wilted but recovered okay after I watered them in a vase that I had on hand. Please do not register me on your site. By the way, I think you could select a more appropriate adjective to describe your customers in the "agreement" below.
