We went to the Olive Garden at I-240 in OKC yesterday around 1:00 and they asked my husband and I to wait outside in the cold and wind. Hes 76 and Im 69. When they finally came to get us my husband caught his foot on the edge of a bench and fell flat. The manager and another gentleman waiting outside picked him up. I said thats what happens when you make old people wait outside when you have an empty lobby. He never said he was sorry or anything nor did he check back in with him. User's recommendation: Be more concerned about your customers.
