The person that answers the phone was so rude, she put me on hold for a long time then when she picked up the phone, she said you have Groupon? When I said yes, she was getting worse by telling me that she can make an appointment that quick because I use Groupon. She gave me the days that I work. When I said no, I'm working those days, she the told me everybody is working, you're not the only one. I asked her why, she then told me everybody got Groupon, they want to pay cheap, and expect to get an appointment.
